Returns

All items sold on www.homepuff.com are non-returnable. You can claim a replacement in case you have received a damages product. All the items have a 7 day replacement policy, depending on the product category. Please check the policy applicable to the product you wish to purchase before making the purchase. You can place a replacement request contacting our support team using email (support@homepuff.com) or phone or WhatsApp (+91-9985586233). T&C* Applied.

  • All the items are eligible for free replacement within 7 days of delivery, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective or incorrect item delivered to you. If we are unable to repair or replace the item satisfactorily, the defective / damaged item will be eligible for a refund.
  • Please keep the item in its original condition, with an undamaged brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories.
  • We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
  • Please note that any damage caused due to usage will not qualify.

Replacements will be processed once the item is received by the warehouse, within 7 days of the receipt of the product at the warehouse.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

 

Delivery

Your product will be delivered between 5 to 7 working days. Orders are held if we cannot verify your shipping address or if your billing details are flagged by our fraud detection algorithms. Home Puff is not responsible for any processing delays beyond our control.

 

DBNR (Delivered but not Received)

If Shipment is showing delivered on the tracking however it is not delivered to the customer so the customer has to reach out to us within 2 days of the product delivery to take further action.
