Ingredients required for Banana Chips Recipe preparation:
- Raw Banana : 1 No.
- Refined Oil: 1 Liter
- Red Chilli powder: 1 Table Spoon
- Black Pepper
Banana Chips Recipe preparation steps:
- Switch on the stove and keep deep fry pan on it and pour refined oil it.
- Allow the oil to heat for about 5 minutes on high flame.
- Mean while cut the banana into thin slices.
- Wash them in water after cutting into pieces.
- After removing water take a clean cloth and make the banana slices dry.
- This washing and drying process makes your banana chips crispy.
- Now put the slices in hot oil and when it slightly changes its color remove from oil.
- Now take all fried banana chips into a bowl and add salt, red chilli powder and a pinch of black pepper powder.
- Mix this when the chips are hot only.
